Floor Host

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the areas of bowling, laser tag, arcade and the redemption store

• Often assists servers with running food and bussing tables

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility

• Show a willingness to serve the guests and provide an excellent experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as a host to all kids and teen birthday parties and sports team celebrations

• Provide high-energy and enthusiastic assistance in all areas of birthday parties

• Setting up and cleaning party rooms and party service areas

Preferences & Requirements:

• Food Handler's Permit required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cooking and preparing food

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen

• Previous cooking experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages from our restaurant and bar to guests

• Act as a host and server during banquets

• Keep all server areas stocked and clean

• Maintain the highest standards of guest services

• Handle phone reception duties that include providing information, making reservations and booking events

• Clerical and administrative duties such as data entry, mailings and record keeping

• Represent the business in the community at various community and networking events

• Participate in various types and stages of event planning and coordination

• Previous hospitality experience preferred

• Food Handler's & TABC Permit required

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain pinsetter equipment, lanes and the facility in general

Preferences & Requirements:

• Previous mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve on a team of managers to oversee operations in all areas

• Work to maintain profitability through efforts to budget and control costs and maximize profits

• Manage staff training and scheduling

• Create an atmosphere conducive to the highest quality of guest services

• Interact with guests to maintain relationships and guarantee the quality of service provided by the team

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
