SAFETY IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL RULES & INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY YOUR AXE-PERT. ANY UNSAFE BEHAVIOR OR VIOLATION OF THE RULES CAN RESULT IN SEVERE INJURY OR DEATH UNSAFE BEHAVIORS WILL RESULT IN YOUR GROUP BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND!
All participants and spectators must be 18 years or older and must complete and sign our liability waiver.
Minimum of 4 Throwers per bay with a Maximum of 6.
Good sturdy shoes are very important for safety when throwing axes. Closed toed shoes with flat soles must be worn. Clothing must allow the participant to move freely.
Do not handle or throw an axe until given permission by a staff member. Axe blades are sharp, so handle axes only by their handles.
Only use approved axes. No unapproved axes or throwing devices are permitted. If an axe appears damaged or unfit, notify your axe-pert immediately.
Only overhand, one or two hand throws are permitted. Trick shots are not permitted unless permission is given, and safety precautions are of the highest importance.
Throwing line are defined by a orange line on the floor. At no time are players allowed at the throwing line unless it is their turn to throw. Only the current player is allowed at the throwing line when axes are being thrown in the lane. Spectators must stay away from the throwing lane area. Do not throw an axe if someone is in front of you or near the target.
Participants will only retrieve their axes AFTER BOTH PARTIES HAVE THROWN. Do not leave the throwing area to retrieve an axe while axes are in play in the lane.
Do not pass an axe to another player. Axes are to be placed in the provided holder. Do not leave the throwing lane with an axe.
Report any injuries to our staff immediately.
Misconduct will not be tolerated. Any participant that refuses to follow the rules will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued in this case.
Alcohol - Arrive Sober & Drink Responsibly. Excess drinking or arriving while already intoxicated will result in your removal from the premises without refund.
